Connect With The Earth

If you are working with the high energies that are coming onto the planet, I have found that in people who are prone to judge themselves, particularly their body in some way, the judgement is closing their 3rd chakra, the energies get stuck there which is causing bloating and increased abdominal weight.  If the energy stops flowng this usually creates a physical health problem.
The solution to this, is to accept the way you are right now, and breathe in Light from the Great Central Sun and allow it to go down the torso and down the legs into the earth, preferably a long way into the earth.  Remember that most shoes these days have synthetic soles and this stops the energy flowing into the earth – so, go outside, take your shoes off, let the energy flow and reconnect.  Viva La Difference!!!
