Recalibrate Your Energy

Many of us need to have our brain and its parts/organs recalibrated to accept higher vibrations of Light.  It can be done through intent and allowance by calling on the Light to do this.  Say, “I ask the Light to recalibrate my Crown Chakra to a 5th dimensional level.  To flood my left hemisphere with Light and my Right.  To recalibrate my hypothalamus, pituitary and pineal and to create new neutral pathways“.

How Big Is Your World?

A New Understanding

I heard a spiritual teacher/healer make a comment on how people aren’t practising meditation and mindfulness regularly to make a significant change in their lives.  In agreeing I realised that we were taught in school to learn.  When we had learnt something there was no need to practice it.
