RELEASING YOUR ATTACHMENTS

malabar chestnut 2Use your feelings and emotions to tell you when you are attached. We can ask what are you attached to and what are you feeding or giving your priceless energy too. Here are some examples of thoughts that you may have that show you the need to release attachments.
Am I attached to an outcome? Do I want life to look a certain way? If so, how much of my day do I spend thinking about this
Am I attached to what it is I think I haven’t got?
Am I attached to wanting people to like me? (Am I frightened to speak my truth in case they don’t?
Am I attached to my children and wanting them to be happy?
Am I attached to looking a certain way? (If so what way is that?).
Am I attached to my body?
(Look in the mirror each morning whilst you are naked and take note of your reaction).
Am I attached to the idea of looking young?
Am I attached to illness or the body not feeling well?
Am I attached to the idea of being busy?
 Am I attached to my husband, lover or partner?
 Am I attached to the idea that I need a man in my life to make me happy?
