Amy-Morin-300x169Fitness centres and gyms have sprung up everywhere, people are riding bicycles and walking which is wonderful to see.  So many are trying to look after their body.  Remember, it is all about balance.  Mental and Emotional health is top priority too.   Afterall thinking creates your reality and your body’s health.
